• Server (Guild) Data: Server IDs, names, icon URLs, role configurations, and channel configurations necessary for the bot's operation.
• Message Data: Message content is temporarily processed in memory for commands, auto-moderation, and filtering. We do not permanently store message contents unless explicitly configured by a server administrator (e.g., for Ticket transcripts or specific Audit Logging).
• Dashboard Analytics: Non-personally identifiable information such as browser type, device type, and page visits to improve our web interface.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the functionality of the charged bot and dashboard.
• Execute commands, automate roles, and enforce moderation rules configured by server administrators.

All persistent data (such as server settings, welcome messages, and protection configurations) is stored securely in encrypted databases (MongoDB). We retain data only for as long as the bot is present in your server. If you kick the charged bot from your server, you may request complete data deletion. However, routine configurations and server metadata may be automatically purged during our regular database cleanup cycles if the bot detects it has been removed.

Our services rely on Discord's API. Your data is therefore subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for how Discord handles your data on their platform.
